SOFTWARE SUPPORT -
We offer an annual phone/fax/email support contract or
per-incident support. Please contact our office for
information about the support options available.
CUSTOMIZED REPORTING and PROCESSING -
Sometimes, your organization will have a special information need
that is not readily available from the standard reports. Ministry
Data Services will work with you to understand the information needs,
develop your special needs reports, and provide installation support.

TRAINING -

CONSULTING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES -
Ministry Data Services personnel will assist you in finding
cost-effective ways to communicate with your parishioners and your
community. We offer consultation and development support to assist
you in bridging the gap between people and technology. Some of the
services we offer are:
- Assistance with Website development and maintenance;
- Tools to facilitate Census, Stewardship, Time and Talent, and Pledge Drive campaigns;
- Development and/or deployment of tools that will allow you to share Parish Data System data with other software products.
