Software Purchases for Clustered Parishes
Clustered Parishes can add software licenses for parishes within the cluster at a discount. The main parish entity will pay full price and each add-on will be half-price. For example, if St Mary's is designated as the primary parish and St Joseph's and St Peter's are clustered with St Mary's, St Joseph's and St Peter's will receive a 50% discount on new software and upgrades (St Mary's Church will pay full price).
Software Support/Contract Services
The annual support contract will be discounted 50% for each additional clustered parish. In the example above, St Mary's Parish Office would pay $400 for unlimited annual support, St Joseph's would pay $200 and St Peter's would pay $100 for unlimited support.There is an exception to this - If the clustered parishes are all administered within the same office, on the same computer, and by the same staff person, one annual contract fee ($400) will cover support of all parishes in that cluster.
